View

This page describes how to view folders created by others and comment on their materials.

View lists folders to which other Portfolio users have given you access.  Inside the View function is a specialized Portfolio folder -the Academic Profile- containing the University Administrative System information that is provided to assigned University advisors.

Viewing Presentations from Others

1.  To view folders that others have shared with you, first click on View Presentations from Others.

2.  From this list of available presentations, click on the name of the presentation you would like to view.

3.  Click on any of the items in the Attachments column to view those materials.
