1. Internet and UMChat Access Assistance

Contact the ADCS Technology Helpline for help with Internet and UMChat access problems such as:

You can't connect to the Internet using your University Internet username and password.
You can't access the Jabber web client
You need help downloading and installing a Jabber desktop client
