This command lists all current entries in any selected field in either browse or find mode! A pop-up menu appears listing all of a field's contents. 1. Enter Browse Mode or Find Mode.

2. Place the insertion point in any field in the layout.

3. From the Insert Menu select the From Index... command. An alphabetical list of every entry in the field appears. PC keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + I. Mac keyboard shortcut: Command + I.

4. To view entries as you entered them, click off the Show individual words option.

5. To paste any entry into the current field, double-click on it. Mac / PC keyboard shortcut: move up and down through the list with the arrow keys: to select an entry and paste it, press Enter.
