Get help with UMN Active Directory through a variety of sources.
1. OU Administrator
Contact your OU Administrator if you have questions about accessing Active Directory file services or have questions about how Active Directory services are deployed in your department.
2. 1-HELP Technology Helpline
Contact the 1-HELP Technology Helpline if your department does not have an OU Administrator or if you have trouble with your Internet ID and Internet password. Support options include:
