Gopher Messaging: Unified Messaging on the Web

This course introduces Gopher Messaging as a unified messaging system. Participants will learn how to manage basic voicemail functions using their telephone. Participants will also explore some of the online messaging features available.

This learning opportunity is currently available as a self-paced online course.

Topics include:

• listening to voicemail messages from your telephone or on the web
• recording your personal greetings
• setting voicemail options such as a date and time stamp
• using a Personal Assistant number to receive calls when you're not available
• receiving pager or e-mail notification of new messages
• using Find-me/Follow-me to route calls to you in another location
• receiving faxes via your voicemail account
